万梅秀，女，1981年出生, 籍贯湖南娄底。2004年7月毕业于湖南师范大学化学化工学院，化学专业，获得理学学士学位。2004年-2009年就读湘潭大学化学学院，高分子化学与物理专业，获得理学博士学位，博士期间（2006年-2009年）在中国科学院化学研究所有机固体实验室进行博士生联合培养。2009年-2010年，在加拿大Laurentian大学做博士后。2011年-2017年，加入湖南人文科技学院化学与材料科学系，任副教授。2017年至今调入暨南大学信息科学技术学院，新能源技术研究院。
