万梅秀，女，暨南大学副教授，硕士生/博士生导师，新能源技术研究院党支部书记。2004年-2009年就读湘潭大学化学学院，高分子化学与物理专业，获得理学博士学位，博士期间（2006年-2009年）在中国科学院化学研究所有机固体实验室李永舫院士组进行博士生联合培养。2009年-2010年，在加拿大Laurentian大学做博士后。2017至今，暨南大学副教授、硕士生导师、博士生导师。
研究领域为高效光电器件材料与器件的制备研究，主持国家自然科学青年基金、国家重点研发计划课题子课题、省部级项目及技术应用开发等项目。研究成果发表在Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Energy Materials、Nano-Micro Letters、Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical. Engineering Journal、Ceramics International等权威期刊上，申请、授权国家专利10余项。
